Our Mission
Our Mission Statement:
“Redeeming the gardening profession through principled service.”
When Abrell Garden Services began 12 years ago, the heart behind the business was simple. Joshua wanted to offer a level of garden care that was rare in the industry at the time. After working across large, high-end properties and developing strong horticultural skills, it became clear that the broader middle-class market was missing something essential. Most homeowners were left choosing between quick mow and go services or gardeners who lacked the specialised knowledge needed to truly care for plants, trees, and garden environments. Many people felt frustrated, disappointed, or let down by a profession that had slowly drifted away from pride, skill, and purpose.
That is why our mission is to redeem the gardening profession. We believe gardening should be more than a rushed service. It should be principled work that reflects integrity, craftsmanship, and genuine care. Our team focuses on premium garden care, seasonal maintenance, and transformational clean-ups that actually improve a property, not just tidy it for a moment. Whether we are preparing a home for sale, reshaping an overgrown garden, or supporting long-term maintenance, we carry a responsibility to elevate what this industry can and should be.
Serving over 3,000 customers across Melbourne has shown us that people appreciate quality, consistency, and honesty. They want gardeners who know what they are doing, who communicate clearly, and who take pride in their craft. We are committed to filling that gap. Our 12 guiding principles push us to serve with ambition, authenticity, and excellence, and to set a new standard for what gardening professionals can deliver.
Redeeming the profession is not just a slogan. It is the expectation we place on ourselves every day, and the promise we bring to every property we touch.
